Returns

Of course, you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you don’t like the product after all, or maybe there is another reason why you don’t want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt.
The only condition we impose is that the product is undamaged and has not been written in.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning your product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return to the same account used to make the purchase.

I provided an incorrect delivery address!

Have you accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. We will endeavour to amend your order.

Delivery time

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders placed on working days before 8 p.m. on the same day. Occasionally, this may not be possible because we no longer have the products in stock, in which case they will be dispatched the following day.

We cover the shipping costs for orders over 10 euros within the Netherlands. For orders under 10 euros, we charge a shipping fee of 2.50 within the Netherlands.

Delivery is carried out by PostNL postmen or parcel delivery staff. If the order is received before 8 p.m. on working days, it will be dispatched the same day.

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing [email protected].
